The start of Hidden Canyon was rock that turned into a sandy road. The sand in the canyon was a blast and not that dusty, with some water running in the low area of the trail.

Around the middle of Hidden Canyon trail we stopped and got out to take a look at the end of the Pickle trail. It really looked like a fun trail that we may need to run sometime in the future. That trail has caused us some troubles in the past, but it was time to try it again.

We soon left the Pickle and kept going. The rest of Hidden Canyon was easy going, with a few sandy hill climbs. Soon, we were at the turn for Hidden Canyon Overlook where we turned off of Hidden Canyon.
