Wipe-Out Hill
Wipe-Out Hill was the second trail of the day after our new trail, Lost World. It was a short drive from the turn off for Lost World, so we didn't have far to go. We stopped for a short break in the parking lot at the start of Wipe-Out Hill. There were a lot of people out and about, hiking the trails around the parking lot area.
The trail going to Wipe-Out Hill was fun to drive, with great views of the area. Near Wipe-Out Hill the trail got very sandy with short but steep hill climbs and descents. We all stopped in the parking area at the bottom of the Wipe-Out Hill obstacle before going up and then back down. We all had fun driving up and down the big hill, and no had any issues with it.
We ran into a few motorcycles and dirt bikes at the top of Wipe-Out Hill. They looked very hot in all the bike gear that they had on.
When we made it down the back side to the bottom of Wipe-Out Hill we finished the second half of the loop for the trail. The second half had a few sandy hill climbs at the bottom, and none of us had any issues with the climbs.
About halfway down the trail, we ran into a single Jeep driving up to Wipe-Out Hill but didn't see any other vehicles. At the end of the trail, we aired back up for the drive back to Moab.
It was still early when we got back so we went to dinner. After dinner, we went to the Hell's Revenge but just started the trail to have some fun. We turned around because of another storm coming in like we saw the day before. It was a great day on the trails.
