Phantom Canyon was the second and last trail for the day, and it was still nice out.

It did not take long for us to get far enough into the Phantom Canyon trail to find it covered in snow (again), especially in the north-facing, shady spots. It was even wet and muddy in the sunny spots.

We did see some trucks on Phantom Canyon, and even some adventurous camper on a pullout parking area.

All the Jeeps and Toyota were covered in mud and water from all the melting snow. We did have fun driving in the snow, and no one had any issue with Phantom Canyon Road.

At the end of the Phantom Canyon a few of us went into Victor and stopped at the German Bakery, and then we all headed back home. It was a great day.

Phantom Canyon was our second and last trail of the day. We started at the south end of the trail down by Canon City. Phantom Canyon is a nice and easy trail with rest stops at the start and end of the road. On the Phantom Canyon trail you get…
