It was just after 1PM when we started the second trail of the day. There was no snow on the ground where La Salle Pass began. We all thought it would have snow because Goose Creek Road had been snow-covered, so we were surprised to see no snow at La Salle Pass. The trailhead was just a short drive down the main road.

About halfway down La Salle Pass before we started going uphill we ran into a group of ATVs out having fun, just like us.

As we went higher up La Salle Pass, the trail started to get covered with snow. The snow did make it fun going uphill. None of us had any trouble with the trail.

Soon, we were at the top of La Salle Pass, and then we started going down from the pass on the other side.

At the end of La Salle Pass we stopped for a short break before going back home after a great day of four wheeling. It was going to be a great year.

La Salle Pass was the second and last trail that we ran for the day. La Salle Pass is a great trail to run after China Wall, which is what we did. When we began La Salle Pass, we could see that the clouds were starting to build up and…
