Ice Cave Creek Road
We had just finished a crazy time on Winding Stairs Road and we were all happy to be on the relatively smooth surface of Ice Cave Creek Road. It was dark, so all but one of the pictures didn't turn out.
There were quite a few big cracks in the road so we really couldn't get up much speed on the way out. Still, it didn't take us too long. The GPS said it would be another hour before we were eating Mexican food in Monument. We hurried our way down the trail and out to Rampart Range Road.
We were just happy to all be off of Winding Stairs Road in one piece.
