Clear Lake
Clear Lake was the last trail of the weekend trip to Ouray. The start of Clear Lake was a dirt road with a lot of camping spots on both sides of the road.
Just before a big campground, there was a "Y" in the road. Clear Lake Road goes to the right, with a sign saying four-wheel drive required. We took that fork.
After making the right turn, we started going up the switchbacks. We saw that there was a big forest fire years ago as we made our way up the switchbacks.
We did see some traffic on the Clear Lake trail, and people were going up and down the trail. We did not stop at the waterfall pull out, as it was already full.
Soon after that, we arrived at the top of the Clear Lake trail. We stayed for some time before driving back down the trail.
At the end of the Clear Lake trail, we aired our tires back up and went back to Ouray. We saw a lot in two days of offroading.
