Balanced Rock Road
Balanced Rock Road was the third and last trail for the day. Right at the start, Chad had to turn around because he thought that his transfer case was not working the way it should. But it was not the transfer case at all. He made it to Home Depot in Monument and his transmission went!
The rest of us kept on going down Balanced Rock Road. Like Mount Herman Road and Ice Cave Creek Road, it had some spots of ice and snow. No one had any issues, though, and we were soon back up on Rampart Range Road. We took Mount Herman Road back out to end our day.
