Phantom Canyon
Phantom Canyon was the second trail of the day, and it was still nice out.
We did see a few vehicles on Phantom Canyon Road. It had been plowed just as Shelf Road had been. None of us had any issues with the trail.
At the end of Phantom Canyon, some of us went home and the rest of us went to the German Bakery in Victor. After the bakery a few of us went back to the Ice Festival in Cripple Creek for a second look at the ice sculptures and the progress the sculptors had made throughout the morning. It was a perfect winter day in the Rocky Mountains.
