Mount Baldy
Mount Baldy was the last trail of the day, and the weather was still great. We ran into a few dirt bikes and Jeeps on Mount Baldy. We stopped for lunch at the end of Mount Baldy trail. The view was great because we were up so high. But we were all surprised that there was no snow anywhere on Mount Baldy.
After lunch we started back down the trail. Matt stopped to see if could spot the vehicle that went over the side of the Mount Baldy trail years ago. Matt found the old vehicle and then noticed that there was a second car maybe 25 or 30 feet down the hill off the side of the trail. After taking some pictures, we returned back to the spot where we had aired down. But this time, there were so many vehicles there that there was no parking, so we drove to a parking lot down the road and aired back up there.
It was a great day to be up high in the mountains this time of the year, but it was sad that we saw no snow.
