It wasn't long before we were on our second trail of the day after completing Missouri Gulch. We started down the trail to find Moab Hill and to see how it would be in the snow.

The first part of Illinois Gulch was fun in the snow and not difficult. The snow on the trail made it fun with a few small rock climbs on the way up the trail.

Soon we were up to the top of Moab Hill. Matt and Terry had fun playing on the obstacle. Matt could not make it up the left side of Moab Hill, but went up the right side of the Hill without any issues.

Terry tried to go up the left side of Moab Hill. He bent his front license plate going up the first big rock. We joked about how it was the first big damage of the year. It was especially funny because Terry won the Best Traildamage of 2010 award less than a month ago. Then Terry tried to go up the center of the obstacle and could not do it. When he was backing down the rocks his left rear tire slid off a rock and he broke his left rear center cap on his wheel. This might be even worse damage than the license plate. Terry finally just went up the side where Matt was successful.

After Matt and Terry had their fun we all stopped for lunch at the top of Moab Hill. Jeffery and Roger did not want to play on the obstacle so we were done with the rocks.

After lunch we drove back to where we were at at the beginning of the day. We turned around and went back the same way we came in on Missouri Gulch. We did the rest of Illinois Gulch earlier in the day and did not want to drive down the slick and tippy big hill again.

Soon we were on our way to Long Hollow Road but it was not meant to be.

We ran into too much snow on Missori Gulch, so we were trying Illinois Gulch next. After a short break in the parking lot, we started Illinois Gulch. Illinois Gulch did not have that much snow on the start of the trail, but the trail did have some ice on…
