Hotel Gulch
This was our last trail of the day, as we all wanted to get back home before the sun went down. The snow storm had stopped and the sun was out. It was a fairly mellow trail. None of us had any problems on the trail. The snow was not that deep at all.
It was a nice drive downhill. At the end of the trail, we aired Bill's tires back up so he could drive back to Denver. Bill headed home on the pavement while Matt, Terry and Tim went back up the trail. Then the three of us went back down and out Mount Herman Road for the drive back to Colorado Springs. We did not have any problems on the trails on the way home. And that was the end of the day playing in the snow, the first trip of the year.
