Goose Creek Road was the second trail of the day. The sun was still out and it gave us some very nice views as we went down the trail. The differences between snow-covered hill sides facing east and north and the slopes where the snow had melted was amazing.

Most of Goose Creek Road was wet with spots of snow at the start of the trail. Near the end of Goose Creek Road, all was dry. We did not have any issues with Goose Creek Road at all. We did see a lot of other people enjoying the very nice day like we were.

We stopped at Cheesman Lake for a short break. Matt, Chad, and Monica soon were on their way to Hotel Gulch. Patrick went on his way back home.
