This was our Spring Break Run. It was going to be a nice warm day so we all thought that there were going to be too many people out, but we only ran into a group or two of Jeeps and one group of side-by-sides. It was an awesome Saturday to be out in the mountains.

The first hill climb was fun, with no real issues for anyone to get up the hill. It was dug up more then last year.

The Rock Garden was fun for all of us. We all showed off with some suspension flexing.

Soon we were at the Rock Pile. We all played around on the optional section. While we were there, we also stopped for lunch and we enjoyed the views.

The creek bottom that leads up to Whale's Tail was dug up a lot more than it was before. We all made it out without having to winch, though. It was fun.

At the Whale's Tail, Matt went right up the center part of the slab of rock with no issues. Chad had to try a few times and then he went up the center of Whale's Tail. Niko tried a few times to go up the center of Whale's Tail but could not do it. He has no lockers, but did give it his best shot. Niko ended up making it up Whale's Tail to the far right.

Then soon we came to the Stairs. Matt went up the Stairs to the far left. As for Chad with the short wheel base, he went to the far right. They both had fun playing on the Stairs.

The Chute was next and we all went up the narrow and rocky section with no issues.

The drive down the hill to the "Y" intersection in the dry creek was fun with all the big rocks on it. Some of them you could drive over, and others you had to drive around.

Back at the intersection for Carnage Canyon, we stopped to take a look at it as Niko had never seen the other trail before. He could not believe some of the big ledges that you had to go up to finish Carnage.

Soon we made it back to the parking lot. It was a great time to be on the trail as it had been such a warm spring day.

We all met at the gas station in the town of Johnson Village. When we got there, we saw a lot of Jeeps getting gas and meeting up with their groups. We made it to the parking area at the start of Chinaman Gulch and aired down. As we were…
