We ran this short trail after Elephant Hill because we had some extra time and it sounded fun. Though it was very easy (especially after Elephant Hill) it was worth the drive to check out the view from the Overlook.

The majority of the trail was dirt road so we made really good time. The whole trip out and back didn't even take two hours. The last bit was bumpy and slow going but it was not challenging.

This is a great trail for someone just getting used to Moab slickrock, or for a stock 4x4. If you are by yourself this is also a pretty safe trail, though you are pretty far from the Visitor's Center at the far end.
