Frequently Asked Questions

What are the password requirements? Your password must be at least 8 characters in length. You have to use at least one lowercase letter, uppercase letter, number, and special character (the characters above the number row on a standard keyboard). When you set your password here, a bar underneath the password fields will let you know if your password is strong or weak. Make sure the two password fields match each other, and store your password somewhere so you can retrieve it later.

I tried to sign up but it says that email is already in use. Now what? That means you have successfully registered and you don't need to pay again until your subscription expires a year after you paid for the first one. Just try to log in.

It won't let me change my username in the form here. Are you already logged in? You can tell if the last item in the navigation on the left says "Log Out." You shouldn't use this form until your subscription expires and you want to renew it. You will get an email reminder when your account is about to expire, so make sure you can get email from support@traildamage.com.
