Going to need a refund, I am locked out of access, being told to wait a time period.
Shouldn't be this difficult to access this site. It doesn't have anything that requires, being locked out.
I used to access this site when it was free, decided to pay your access fee, but won't put up with it being a pain in the butt to use.
Please refund my membership fee.
