I purchased a membership this morning and set my password meeting all of your password requirements. The website would still not let me in and I reached the max number of attempts. I waited the 15 minutes reset my password to the random one it provides and attempted to login with that and still cant log in and locket me out for another 15 minutes. I have repeated this 3 times and am getting no where I have tried Chrome and internet explorer. Can I get some help please.
